Our promise to you 

Our new normal will be a little different to how we have previously operated. However, our promise to you, our clients, community and team is to deliver a safe, responsible service with your health and well-being at heart. We pledge to continue to create a relaxed, personal and five star Styled service that our clients expect.

Appointments and services 

  • We will be limiting appointment to Saturdays and Sundays until September 

  • Unfortunately we will not be able to carry out ‘Style Duos’ indoors for the time being for safety reasons. We can however conduct these safely outside in a stylist’s or client’s garden.

 

The booking and payment process 

  • All bookings can be made by telephone and gift voucher purchases online. Full payment for your Styled service will be taken at the time of booking. This will ensure a smooth departure experience.  For cancellation terms please use this link.

Arriving at your appointment 

  • When you arrive for your appointment, you’ll be asked to use hand sanitiser which we will provide. This will also be available throughout your consultation

  • We will ask you to place your personal items in a freshly sanitised box when you arrive and for the duration of your consultation.

During your consultation 

  • For a time we will not be able to offer you refreshments, but you may bring them with you 

  • Stylists will be wearing PPE face visors and/or masks throughout your consultation 

  • We will require you to wear a mask during the closer contact parts of your consultation 

  • We will remove our usual store brochures and will instead show you clothes options on screen 

  • Clients will still be able to bring clothes to the session to show the stylists. However, the stylist will remain a safe distance away and look at (but not touch) the clothes.
